14th Annual Shinnyo-en Lantern Floating, Oahu Hawaii May 28 2012
Shinnyo-en sponsored Lantern Floating ceremony held at Ala Moana Beach Park in Honolulu. Held on Memorial Day, the ceremony honors those who have passed on, with particular thought for those who sacrificed their lives in war, and victims of natural disasters, famin and disease. Over 40,000 people attended this sunset ceremony.
